Why is there angst between where one is and where one wants to be in life?
I don’t think I can”, “I don’t think I’m enough”, “I don’t have the time”. What is the angst doing? What is it providing for you? Angst means that I’m overwhelmed.
Know that when you feel it, it is all right. Breathe. Awareness is the key. Ask where that angst is centered from. Breathe and see the choices that you have to do. Breathe. You see, breathing is a key. Take it into meditation.
Do you know that if you start every day with meditation, that anxiety, that angst will lessen? If you meditate twice a day, then you have twice less the angst. If you go into the stillness three times a day, that divinity will also be you.
When people start feeling the angst, they spiral, and they spiral deeper into it. Then they get into the, “What if”, “I don’t have” and “I’m not” then the angst or the anxiety gets stronger.
When at the very first inkling, the very first panic feeling comes through, you shift, you breathe, you ask, and you take it into meditation. No matter where you are, you will feel better for it and get greater clarity. You will realize that the angst is just an old habit that you get the opportunity to integrate so completely that it doesn’t even return. — Adironnda & The Council of Light
