Featured Question
This week’s featured Q&A comes from the 12/12/2019 Double Digit:
Q: How do I let go of judgment of myself, when I feel I have disappointed someone?
A: Judgment of self serves no purpose. You can criticize yourself and you can tell yourself how bad you are, but it serves no purpose. Love yourself, that serves a purpose. If there’s something in yourself that you wish to shift, shift it. Know that what you are shifting are the parts that are truly not yourself. They are programs or instincts that have been learned. In those instincts that have been learned, that energy as it is coming through, is coming through with greater and greater frequency.
So, love what you are integrating. Integrate it, and then see how you feel without that old energy dragging down upon you. It is like you are a new person every day because everything is possible. You are creating your world and ask yourself, what is it that you choose to create? We asked someone this week during a private session, what is it that they love, they could not identify that. Because they were afraid if they committed to one thing, they would be pigeonholed into that for the rest of their life.
Understand that what you love is your frequency which raises yourself to the frequency of enlightenment. Breathe into that, focus with what you are integrating, then turn the page, close the chapter and focus on what it is that you are creating, what projects would you like to see come to fruition? Maybe it is to abolish the electoral college, what projects would you like to see happen? And what are you willing to do? Are you willing to sit in your home and just talk about them? Or are you willing to write your letters? Are you willing to make the difference? Are you willing to be the difference? That is what we’re asking.— Adironnda & The Council of Light
