Adironnda’s Answers #5
Adironnda & The Council of Light loves answering all your delightful questions on our monthly Double Digit Activation & State of the Universe webcast. Now we’re sharing some of the best each week…
This week’s featured Q&A comes from the 6/6/2019 Double Digit:
Q: As an extremely sensitive person, I take in other people’s energy, which I find hard to push away. It makes me miserable and it gives me scary anxiety. It takes me hours to get over these feelings because I dwell on it, please help.
A: “Well, dearest, there are ways that you can, and being empathic is not necessarily the best energy for that. So, we would recommend that you, on every 24-hour basis, place yourself (visually) into a crystalline octahedron.
Place yourself into the energy, place yourself into the space of that energy. And ask that any negativity, any energy that does not serve you, is kept on the outside of that octahedron. Slide that [outside energy] to the top and allow it to be transmuted through the Violet Flame of St. Germain.
You see, it is your choice to be so sensitive to others that you feel so much.
It is your choice, and it is not necessarily any longer. You can control that.
You can set your intention, you know intention is everything. Set your intention that the energy of others does not enter your personal energy field.” — Adironnda & The Council of Light
