New Habits
This year, I’m starting a new habit. Adironnda mentioned that on the 12/12 Double Digit, and I thought, “You know, this is a really good time to experience that.” I’m going to sit. I meditate every day and I’m going to do a specific kind of meditation, in addition to what I normally do. I’m going to start visualizing.
Visualizing the Outcome
Breathing into the outcome that I would like to see, sense, feel, or experience for this year, for the events and online programs that we have planned. I’m going to ask you to do the same. It just needs to be five minutes. You don’t need to spend a lot of time because I know you’re spending a lot of time in other meditations.
Feeling the Future
Just visualize. If you’re going to a particular meeting or gathering, or just going to work, sit for a few minutes and start visualizing, and feeling in your emotional body what you would like to have the outcome be. What you would like to be able to walkaway with. Whatever experience that is, what you would like to feel like, or what would you like the people that you’re around to feel like, start visualizing that every day. Visualize what your day is going to feel like, what you would like to have happen this day.
It’s a magical thing to feel into a situation that’s going to happen in the future. Visualize that situation that’s going to happen in the future and then see what happens. It’s pretty fun. Try it. I think you’ll like it.
Namaste ya’ll. Namaste.
We love hearing your feedback! Post a comment below and let us know if you’ve decided to start any new habits in 2020. Also, come back tell us about how your new visualization practice is going.
I love this idea and I’ve heard of it before from Abraham hicks called -segment intending. Set forth an imagined outcome or activity in your mind before it occurs. Hence segments of your day.
I love this! So simple and elegant. Being the creator within. ❤️
I’m in.
Very powerful. I regularly can feel into the future.
