Going into Heart Coherence

What a time we have here in December. I’m going to help you do something that I try and do every single day. It’s called going into Coherence — Heart Coherence. Brought in by Heart Math, it’s not anything unusual. It feels we could all just use a few moments of stillness. And you can play this message over and over if you want.


Six Count Breathing

And just take a deep breath… Slow your breathing down allowing those things that are past to be past. If you can slow your breathing down to the count of six. Breathing into the count of six. Hold to a count of six. And breathing out to a count of six.

If that taxes your energy too much, just breathe in and out to the count of six. Six being harmony…the number of harmony, new ideas and material possessions.

Breathing in Your Heart

Now think of something that when you think of that situation, or person, or place, or pet, that it just brings a smile to your face. Breathe into your heart. With that smile. Touch your heart because that sort of draws your attention to your heart. And just sit in that coherence for just a few minutes, breathing into that love, allowing your heart rhythm to relax. Allowing your body to relax.

Whole Body Resonance

You know, some people say to breathe in and out through your nose. Some people say to breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Some people say to breathe in through your mouth and out through your nose. I say just breathe… allow your breath to bring your whole body into resonance with that picture in that situation.

No matter where you are, no matter what you’re doing, brings a smile to your face. Might even bring on a chuckle or two. Allow your breathing to relax. I think I’m going to start each day with this weekly message this month. We certainly use a little heart coherence and stillness. I’m thankful for you for joining me here at this point in time.

    I’ve been doing this on my way to work now that I have a longer commute. I’m not necessarily thinking of anything though. I’m just bringing all my focus to my heart. It really makes a difference. Namaste
