I Love You. I’m Listening

I Love You. I’m Listening

I love you. I’m listening.

Have you ever said this to yourself? When was the last time that you gave yourself love and acknowledged you? I’m sure you give it to others constantly, and consistently.

I love you. I’m listening.

And how does your body feel when you say this? I love you. I’m listening. It melts you, doesn’t it? It opens you up. It may even make you feel a bit vulnerable.

Who’s Listening?

I love you. I’m listening.

When you say it to yourself, “I love you. I’m listening,” who’s listening? It’s your pure potential, pure, divine beauty. The truth of who you are.

I love you. I’m listening.

It’s like there are two of us, and you live in the gap between the two. We are aware of our divinity, and yet, our busyness defaults us to neglect that other part of us, our perfect, true nature, the part that’s listening. Do you ask outside of yourself, “I need a hug,” yet it’s you who so desperately wants a hug inside? We find ourselves living in the space between our two selves, the one seeking the hug, and the one giving the hug.

Your Greatest Power

I love you. I’m listening.

You are the one. This is where your greatest power lies. Within.

I love you. I’m listening.

It’s where your two selves become one. Try it. Close your eyes, repeat after me: I love you. I’m listening. I love you. I’m listening. What do you feel? You’ve become aglow, as well it’s the gift of the hug.
