Choosing Your Frequency
You are the healers of the planet. You. How many times do you get to hear you’re the ones that we’ve been waiting for? This is from Adironnda. You are the frequency that has healing energy all around you. So when you are complaining, that’s the frequency that you’re putting out. When you are hesitant, that’s the frequency that you’re putting out. When you are embracing life, that’s the frequency that you’re putting out.
So I learned a new breathing technique a couple of weeks ago, which talks about breathing in thirds. And it rewires your brain, just like the box breathing did. With box breathing, you breathe in for a count of four, hold to a count of four, breathe out to four, and hold to a count of four. Then you breathe normally. That rewires the circuitry in the brain.
Breathing in the Third
With this technique called breathing in the third, you start by taking a deep breath, and you release one-third of your air. Hold there for a pause, then release one-third of your remaining air, and hold there for a pause. Next, release the last one-third of your breath. Then you breathe normally. Now that takes a lot of focus. Adironnda mentioned it during a message a couple of weeks ago. It is one of those things; if you practice it, you can feel things shifting around in your world. And then you think what’s happening? Aside from getting a little lightheaded. What dimensional frequency am I shifting by changing my breathing?
Everything Matters Now
You see, everything matters now. Everything. The tiniest influence of energy matters. The smallest feeling of elation or pain matters. So the breathing techniques we are using bring you to the present moment. They allow your brain to focus on your breath. Do that a few times in a row, and then breathe normally for a few minutes. And then do that third, third, third breathing again. And see what happens. I would be interested in what happens to you. So comment below, or put it on Facebook, or somewhere where I can see how you felt after using the breathing technique.
I felt a lot of shifting going on as I was breathing that way, and I can feel a raise in my frequency. I am interested to see what happens to you. Life is pretty interesting now, isn’t it? I love you all. Namaste, y’all. Namaste.
