Very good to see each of your energies.
You understand that this is, as we’ve talked many times before, the year for moving through your fears, the year for expanding who you are, the year for leaping like the dolphins, out of your own comfort zone, and playing beyond where you thought possible.
As you are acknowledging that, you’ll get the opportunity to make any situation you are standing in, sitting in, driving in, flowing in, whole, complete, connected to your natural flow. And if your natural flow feels like it’s hitting up against the rocks, see how you can redirect that flow.

See What is Blocking the Flow
We have a recording called “Flow.” It will be available this holiday season. So, with that energy, a flow, anchoring in, it is important that you see what is blocking that flow. So we want you to, right now, if you’re not driving — and if you are driving you should not be watching this video — I want you to right now take a deep breath and close your eyes.
We know that you are all that are listening to this or watching this cleared, sealed, and protected. That all the energies from the light can enter. And we’re going to ask you to go into your own bodies, your emotional body, and sense where that core is.
See if there’s any sort of energy that is highlighted as an imbalance, as a blockage in your emotional body.
Now visualize your mental body.
What does it look like? What does it feel like? What do you know about your mental body? What do you sense? Is there a color? Is there a shape? Is there a texture? Is there anything about your mental body that is not in balance?
That’s what Marilyn says, “My brain is not in balance.” We are working on it. Recording for balancing the brain. Feel the brain that feels out of balance coming back into a place of balance.
Find the Blockages in Your Physical Body
Now, move to your physical body. And just sense that physical body. It makes it feel tingling or warmth or coolness. Or you may feel nothing. Just intend to sense, feel, see, hear, or know into your physical body and ask to be shown where those imbalances are. Where are those areas of your physical body that may feel blocked.
We ask the universe to help them go back into balance.
Now we move into your oversoul and your spiritual body. How does that feel like? It has to be shown aspects of your spiritual body that may seem to be out of balance at this moment.
Now take a deep breath and come back to the present. You see, there, Beings of light… Even a five-minute meditation for balance, holographically visualizing whatever it is that you need to have balanced is helpful.
