Thankful for Family

This week is a celebration of family. It is a celebration of bounty. Of the bountifulness of humanity in the United States. And, you know, hopefully in other countries that they have a celebration where they bring the harvest home. Where they bring the family together to honor our differences and our similarities.

Thankful for Family

You know, I’ve been spending a lot of time in the last few weeks – before my mother passed – with family, because they, my brothers, would come in and out to see what they could take care of, especially when I was out of town. And I’ve learned to honor and respect each of them, in their own way.

Even though I have to admit I was changing my bracelet. I was changing my bracelet. Because I would think, “This is making me crazy.” I just wanted to shake them sometimes. But they’re your family. So of course they’re gonna push your buttons and trigger everything that you ever need to trigger. They volunteered to help you evolve, which is why they’re here. And you volunteered to help them evolve which is why you’re here.

Appreciate your family

So this week, you know, just appreciate your family. Appreciate the wonderousness and the differences of all of them. Even if your family is not around you. Think of them and feel them, and know that they may have been horrible and mean and destructive and abusive to you. But what are the good things that came out of that?

They may have been like my parents, who were wonderful parents. What were the good things that came out of that and what did I learn? And how can I be of service given the roots that I was given? That’s what it’s all about.

How can you be of service given the roots that you were given? Well, how can you help? So in this week of harvest in the United States, this week of gratefulness and gratitude and thankfulness, just relax and appreciate every aspect of it. To know that as you give thanks that reverberates out around you, so others can give thanks too.

Namastè Y’all!

Thank you Michele, it has been a bit tricky with my mother’s passage, yet I know she is much happier now with my Dad and herself in the afterlife. Blessings in gratitude, Marilyn

I love this message, and it is very timely for my. My mother died at the end of July, and it has caused my brothers to completely cut all 3 of us sisters out of their lives. I truly do not understand it, and have been praying for peace in all of our hearts. I hold them in my heart and in the Light.
